My experience under Dr. Horn's care was so rewarding that I felt compelled to send a message to anyone who is considering restoring his/her nose to its original condition. Dr. Horn is easy to talk to, pleasant in manner and a first-rate surgeon. My nose had been broken 30 years ago. I fell recently breaking it again in two places according to my cat scan. After a non-invasive in-office procedure, Dr. Horn successfully restored my nose eliminating all unsightly bumps. Both my profile and face front views are what they were prior to the breaks. The reassuring thing I also share is that I felt no pain whatsoever. If I knew this 30 years ago, I would have taken care of the first break. However, the procedure Dr. Horn used in my nose may not have been possible at that earlier time.

"I went to see Dr. Horn about a purely cosmetic procedure. For a long time I had been unhappy with my side profile as there was a small bump on the ridge of my nose. I was always under the impression that anything to fix this would be long, painful surgery with a long recovery time and so it took me 5 years to get up the courage to go learn more information. Dr. Horn came highly recommended so I scheduled a consultation. Once in Dr. Horn's office for my consultation she explained everything. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and took her time listening and talking through what the procedure would entail. Dr. Horn really truly listened to my vision. She even took pictures in office and used a computer program so I could have an idea what the end results would look like. I was so thrilled with my consultation, I decided to go ahead and schedule the procedure right away. I scheduled the procedure over a holiday weekend so I had an extra day off work. The procedure was done in her office in about 45 minutes. Even after Dr. Horn fully explaining everything step by step at the consultation, I would have never expected this procedure to be so easy. I went home right after she was done with some tape on the bridge of my nose and thats it! Dr. Horn walks you through the entire procedure as she is doing it so you always feel comfortable and you know what is going on. My only regret is that I didn't do this years ago! After taking the tape off a few days later and seeing the finished product I was so happy. My nose looks completely natural. By day 5 you couldn't tell I had anything done at all and I went right back to work. I want to share my story so that other people with small cosmetic issues can have a better understanding for how quick and easy this procedure is. Do not wait any longer. Dr. Horn is lovely, brilliant, thoughtful — and meticulously skilled. I'm only ten days out from my eyelid surgery and Kybella (for that now-gone double chin!) and I'm thrilled. I have to admit I can't stop looking in the mirror, and my friends keep saying I look great. But they can't quite place the change...These procedures, and Dr. Horn, exceeded my expectations in every way.

I had my Kybella Procedure about 6 weeks ago and I’m very satisfied with the results. First off, before the procedure was even completed, Dr. Horn evaluated me to ensure I was the right candidate for Kybella. She checked my neck area and was able to confirm that I was, in fact, the perfect candidate. At the time of my appointment, she sat me down in the room and put a sticker-like sheet with specific markings on my neck that was able to distinguish the area to inject on my problem areas. After that, the injection process was almost flawless! I barely felt any discomfort during the procedure and she was very light with her hands, and even as she was injecting my neck it was very a soft and gentle experience. After I was done, I did notice some redness and swelling, however, I was advised that this was expected and took a couple of Tylenol to ease the little pain that I endured. The interesting part was that you are actually able to see the fat melt away! I definitely recommend anyone who has an issue with the neck area to see Dr. Horn as she was a delight to have this experience with.

I was referred to Dr. Horn by my ENT and couldn't have been luckier to be connected. Dr. Horn and her staff are prompt and professional, and I have had a great experience working with the entire team. I was very pleased with the results of my surgery, and continue to work with Dr. Horn for anything that has to do with my face!

I have been wanting to write this note to you for quite a while and am glad that I finally have a moment to do so. I will be forever grateful to you for the wonderful work you did on Sarah. She felt so comfortable with you and that made all of the difference! From the first consultation to the surgery and recovery I felt confident that we were in good hands and I am so happy that Sarah decided to go through with her nose surgery. The change in her this year has been unbelievable. She has become so self-assured and exudes a much happier sense of self. She is dating and becoming more independent. Of course, these are natural steps in growing up but I attribute her progress to how much better she feels about herself.
